The Opportunity:

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in shaping young minds through engaging and stimulating learning experiences. You will support children in their early development, fostering a love of learning, confidence, and social skills in a vibrant, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of young learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to follow the program of instruction set out by the school
  • Integrate a variety of instructional approaches to motivate and stimulate learning
  • Monitor and support children’s development and progress
  • Manage and create a positive, stimulating learning environment
  • Guide a group of approximately 20 children in their early education
  • Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Implement school policies with a focus on safeguarding and equal opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a teaching degree at the primary level
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Passion for early childhood development and well-being
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use technology in the learning environment

Preferred

  • Experience in schools or academic kindergartens
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in Early Childhood Education
  • Sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding
