The Opportunity:

We are seeking an elementary school teacher to join our established campus and contribute to a vibrant, forward-thinking school community. This role offers the chance to shape the future of education, whether at our current campus or as part of the founding team of a new location in Düsseldorf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies for Grades 1–6
• Support student achievement and well-being through a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents through conferences and updates
• Collaborate with colleagues on whole-school initiatives and events
• Lead and manage classroom instruction with a focus on academic excellence and student progress
• Implement modern EdTech tools to enhance teaching and learning
• Provide timely, relevant feedback to support ongoing learning and development
• Offer extracurricular activities that enrich the school experience

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Elementary Education (or equivalent)
• Minimum of two years’ experience as the lead teacher in an elementary classroom
• Strong classroom management skills and understanding of student learning
• Commitment to high academic standards and international education
• Proven ability to deliver core subject lessons effectively

Preferred

• Experience with the Cambridge Primary/Lower Secondary program
• Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) or IGCSE curricula
• Experience teaching Art, Music, Theatre, or Computer Science at the elementary level
• Fluency with AI-supported EdTech tools
• A collaborative, pioneering mindset suited to shaping a new school campus
