Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and creativity in young learners.
• Create a supportive and stimulating environment that encourages exploration, social development, and foundational learning.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, co-curricular initiatives, and school events.
• Support the personal and academic growth of every child, ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Implement and monitor individualized learning plans tailored to the needs of each student.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents.
• Stay up to date with best practices in Early Years education and continuously improve teaching methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with a relevant Early Years teaching qualification.
• Proven experience in teaching young children in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of Early Years curriculum and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Preferred

• Experience in a British International School or similar educational environment.
• Familiarity with international curricula such as the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Experience with bilingual or multilingual teaching environments.
• Previous involvement in co-curricular or enrichment activities.
• Fluency in English and additional languages is an advantage.
