The Opportunity:
As an Education Team Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of tutors to deliver high-quality education and support to learners. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students across the school’s campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of tutors to ensure the best possible learning experience for students.
- Using coaching and mentoring techniques to support and develop staff.
- Monitoring and analyzing learner progress to drive continuous improvement.
- Delivering regular training to enhance team performance and skills.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to support learners and achieve institutional goals.
- Upholding safeguarding responsibilities to ensure the safety and well-being of all learners.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Ability to use data effectively to drive improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in delivering training and managing performance.
- Knowledge of individualised study programmes, safeguarding, and relevant frameworks.
Preferred
- Relevant degree or higher-level qualifications.
- Advanced TAQA or coaching and mentoring qualifications.
