Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons to students across key stages.

- Participate in the planning and delivery of extracurricular activities related to English.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
- Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3, GCSE, or A level.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology.
- Experience with pastoral care or student support.
- Background in music or the arts, given the school’s focus on a music academy.
