Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly to ensure academic growth and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support continuous professional development.

- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school and trust policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Proven experience in teaching English at secondary level.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student well-being and a safe learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5.
- Familiarity with the Tove Learning Trust and its values.
- Experience with cross-school collaboration and shared training.
- Passion for English literature and creative writing.
- Experience in pastoral care or student support.
