Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality English Language Arts curriculum to middle school students.
- Foster meaningful relationships with students to support their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary lessons that integrate subjects such as drama and history.
- Guide students in developing strong writing, reading, and analytical skills.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

- Stay current with best practices in education and apply them in the classroom.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
- At least two years of experience as a lead teacher in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to academic rigor and student achievement.
Preferred
- Experience teaching English Language Arts at the middle school level.
- Familiarity with international curricula and standards.
- Experience with interdisciplinary teaching and collaboration.
