The Opportunity:

As an Enrichment Lead, you will play a key role in planning, funding, and delivering a comprehensive enrichment programme. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and development of the enrichment programme
  • Research, identify, and bid for external funding streams
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality programme
  • Ensure the programme is diverse and enhances the student experience
  • Provide opportunities for all students to thrive academically and personally
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and organisations
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of the enrichment programme
  • Support the Head of Pastoral in achieving the school’s strategic goals

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in programme planning and delivery
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to secure external funding
  • Experience in a pastoral or educational setting
  • Commitment to student welfare and development

Preferred

  • Experience in a Sixth Form or similar educational institution
  • Background in student support or enrichment activities
  • Knowledge of funding applications and grant writing
  • Familiarity with educational innovation and best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
