The Opportunity:

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the examination process. You will ensure that all candidates are treated fairly and that exams are conducted in a secure and controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all candidates adhere to examination rules and regulations during the exam period.
  • Assist in the preparation of examination materials and distribution of stationery before the exam begins.
  • Monitor the exam hall to prevent any unfair advantage or distractions to candidates.
  • Collect and securely store completed scripts and unused stationery after the exam concludes.
  • Notify the Examinations Officer of any absentees or late arrivals.
  • Ensure that exams are conducted within the allotted time and in accordance with instructions.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor throughout the examination process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Ability to maintain a high level of attention and focus during exams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Experience in a supervisory or monitoring role is preferred.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an educational or examination setting.
  • Knowledge of examination procedures and protocols.
  • Flexibility to work during the main examination periods, including November, January, and summer terms.
  • Ability to work on a sporadic and part-time basis.

Compensation & Benefits:
