Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Music Teacher with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, performance, and curriculum delivery.
- Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student well-being and pastoral care.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers.
- Experience with Key Stage 4 music curriculum.
- Experience with inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated instruction.
- Strong track record of student achievement and progress.
