Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Music Teacher with relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of music theory, performance, and curriculum delivery.
  • Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student well-being and pastoral care.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers.
  • Experience with Key Stage 4 music curriculum.
  • Experience with inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated instruction.
  • Strong track record of student achievement and progress.
