Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality EYFS curriculum that supports children's development and learning.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure consistent support for children.
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and lessons.
• Monitor and assess children's progress regularly and report to parents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised learning space.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Support the school's mission and values in all aspects of teaching and behaviour management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
• Early Years or Early Childhood Degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Commitment to high standards and a passion for teaching young children

Preferred

• Experience working in an early years setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Experience with safeguarding and child protection
• Flexibility and willingness to work term-time only
