Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver German lessons based on the Berlin curriculum and IB DP standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement engaging, student-centered instruction.
• Create a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, respect, and active learning.
• Ensure consistent quality in lesson planning, assessment, and feedback aligned with school policies.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into the German curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with a 2nd state examination in German or equivalent (1st state examination, Bachelor, or Master in German, DaF, or Germanistik).
• Minimum of two years of experience as a German teacher.
• Strong command of English.

Preferred

• Experience in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and integrate technology in teaching.
