Key Responsibilities:

• Support and promote the school and the IB mission statements.
• Manage classroom resources and ensure an organized, stimulating learning environment.
• Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Integrate technology effectively to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and class activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and support the school’s educational vision.
• Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages independent learning and a love for discovery.
• Implement the school’s curriculum and policies consistently in teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Primary Education (English, Math, Social Studies) with a valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience in a multilingual learning environment.
• Experience teaching the IBPYP curriculum.
• Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning and student-centered teaching approaches.

Preferred

• Experience using technology to enrich student learning.
• Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
