Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning across various departments
  • Assist in the delivery of the senior school curriculum
  • Contribute to the enrichment and co-curricular program
  • Provide pastoral care and support to boarders
  • Participate in the day-to-day running of the boarding house
  • Work weekends as required to support school activities
  • Attend and engage in professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with experienced staff to enhance student experience

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A graduate degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to working with young people
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently
  • Willingness to reside in staff accommodation

Preferred

  • Experience in education, pastoral care, or youth work
  • Knowledge of teaching methodologies or curriculum development
  • First aid or emergency response training
  • Experience in a boarding or residential environment
  • Passion for student development and enrichment
