The Opportunity:

As the Head of Finance, you will lead the financial operations of the school at a pivotal time in its evolution. This role is central to driving financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the school’s integration with the Inspired Learning Group. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead the implementation of improved finance systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Work closely with the Director of Finance and Inspired Learning Group to deliver key projects.
• Monitor and manage financial risks and opportunities.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support school leadership decisions.
• Support the integration of the school with the wider Inspired Learning Group.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven leadership experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting.
• Experience in the education sector or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.

Preferred

• Experience with school financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with the Inspired Learning Group or similar educational organizations.
• Experience in budget planning and forecasting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as required.
