The Opportunity:

As an Operations Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of a school’s facilities and ensuring a secure environment for students and staff. This position requires a proactive, flexible individual who is committed to supporting the school’s mission and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support school operations during exams, events, and other activities.
• Assist with the delivery of mail and general porter duties.
• Ensure the security of the school site and assist with access control.
• Provide support for the school’s commercial activities.
• Maintain a clean and well-ordered environment across the school premises.
• Work collaboratively with the Security Manager and other team members.
• Assist with the movement of students and visitors as required.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Security Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
