The Opportunity:

As the Head of Admissions and Marketing, you will be instrumental in promoting the school’s unique ethos and attracting new families from across the UK and internationally. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in admissions, marketing, or business development who is passionate about education and school growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions and marketing strategy to increase visibility and attract new students.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective families, including conducting face-to-face meetings and providing tailored information.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the school’s values, standards, and opportunities are effectively communicated.
  • Oversee the management of marketing materials, digital presence, and outreach initiatives.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to support the recruitment process and ensure a seamless experience for applicants.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to admissions, marketing, and school growth.
  • Represent the school at events, open days, and other external engagements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with the school’s strategic goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or business development, ideally within the education sector.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing school visibility and attracting new students.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and online platforms.
  • Knowledge of school operations, including admissions processes and student progression.
  • Familiarity with the UK education system and senior school admissions.
