Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development of teaching, learning, and curriculum across the Faculty
• Inspire a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and collaboration
• Support and mentor teachers to achieve outstanding outcomes for students
• Oversee assessment, moderation, and professional learning within the team
• Ensure alignment with IGCSE, A Level (or equivalent) standards and prepare students for global universities
• Play an active role in school life, contributing to co-curricular, community, and marketing activities
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the holistic development of students
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with school vision and strategic goals

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Strong teaching background with proven success at IGCSE/A Level or IB
• Experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and staff management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and intercultural understanding
• Commitment to safeguarding and the holistic development of students

Preferred

• Experience in a bilingual or international school setting
• Leadership experience in a large academic team
• Familiarity with international curricula and assessment standards
• Strong understanding of educational technology and its integration into teaching
