Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence in Physics.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IGCSE and A Level standards.
  • Contribute to co-curricular and boarding activities within the school community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic and pastoral standards.
  • Support the integration of Chinese culture and bilingual learning in the classroom.
  • Participate in professional development and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Engage with students and parents to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s academic and pastoral programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant degree(s) and teaching experience.
  • Experience in teaching Physics at IGCSE and A Level standards (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and holistic education.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in an international or bilingual educational setting.
  • Familiarity with Chinese culture and bilingual teaching contexts.
  • Experience with co-curricular and boarding program involvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt teaching methods.
