Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher or senior leader in a school setting
  • Strong track record in driving academic and pastoral success
  • Experience in leading a large, high-performing school
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed, child-centred approaches
  • Ability to build and maintain strong community and trust relationships

Preferred

  • Experience with multi-academy trust collaboration
  • Leadership experience in a school with a strong extra-curricular programme
  • Experience in leading a school with a strong SEND department
  • Experience in managing large-scale development projects, such as new build facilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
