Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or senior leader in a school setting
- Strong track record in driving academic and pastoral success
- Experience in leading a large, high-performing school
- Knowledge of trauma-informed, child-centred approaches
- Ability to build and maintain strong community and trust relationships
Preferred
- Experience with multi-academy trust collaboration
- Leadership experience in a school with a strong extra-curricular programme
- Experience in leading a school with a strong SEND department
- Experience in managing large-scale development projects, such as new build facilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
