Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Maths department.

- Stay up to date with current developments in Maths education and incorporate these into teaching practice.
- Provide pastoral care and guidance to students as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or willingness to train for it.
- A relevant degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Experience in teaching Maths at secondary level or a commitment to train as a teacher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching at a school with a strong academic tradition.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and technology in education.
- Experience in leading or contributing to departmental initiatives.
