Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Preferred
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly with Year 6 students.
- A relevant qualification such as a Level 3 or 5 in education and childcare.
- Experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
