A school is seeking a Homeroom Teacher IB PYP to help shape a dynamic, inquiry-based learning environment. This role is central to implementing the IB PYP framework and promoting student-centered education with a focus on holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a transdisciplinary curriculum aligned with the IB PYP framework
• Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB teaching approaches
• Use ManageBac for unit planning and student progress tracking
• Contribute to a collaborative environment that promotes student growth and shared professional learning
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school-wide events and initiatives
• Support student well-being and academic progress through personalized attention and inclusive practices
• Foster a culture of inquiry, critical thinking, and global awareness in the classroom
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching within the IB PYP framework
• Strong understanding of the inquiry-based approach
• Proficiency in both English and Russian
• Experience in both individual and group teaching
• Passion for student-centered learning and holistic education

Preferred

• Experience with the IB PYP framework and curriculum development
• Familiarity with ManageBac or similar educational platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a multicultural or bilingual educational setting
