Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in Individuals and Societies, including History, Geography, and Religious Studies across Key Stages 3 to 5.
Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and student engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a curriculum aligned with IB standards.
Support student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and pastoral care.
Participate in a wide range of professional development opportunities within the school and across the MAT.
Contribute to the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
Experience teaching Individuals and Societies at Key Stages 3 to 5.
Strong commitment to student progress and a passion for teaching and learning.
Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.

Preferred

Experience with the IB Middle Years Programme or Career-related Programme.
Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
Experience with pastoral care and student support.
