Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
  • Experience in teaching English at secondary level.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with dialogic teaching approaches.
  • Familiarity with the Let’s Think programme.
  • Experience in supporting Early Career Teachers.
  • Background in Catholic education or values-based teaching.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
