Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to KS3 and KS4 students, delivering engaging and challenging lessons.

- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the quality of teaching across the department.
- Participate in departmental and whole-school meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.
- Support students in their personal and academic development, ensuring they feel valued and motivated.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching Mathematics to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience with Early Career Teacher support.
- Familiarity with GCSE Mathematics curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Experience in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons.
- Knowledge of innovative teaching methods and technologies.
