The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Humanities curriculum to Senior School students.
• Fulfill pastoral duties as a Pastoral Tutor, ensuring the well-being and safeguarding of students.
• Conduct student assessments, write comprehensive reports, and maintain open communication with parents.
• Participate actively in House activities and support the school’s community spirit.
• Lead or support co-curricular activities, including sports, arts, and academic clubs.
• Assist with school marketing, admissions events, and various committees as required.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and whole-school events regularly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Humanities field.
• Prior experience in an educational environment.
• Strong knowledge of the designated Humanities curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience in pastoral care or student welfare.
• Familiarity with international curricula such as Cambridge IGCSEs or International A Levels.
• Experience with co-curricular or extracurricular program development.
• Fluency in a second language.
