The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm.
• Provide constructive and guided feedback to students through both written and verbal communication.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates, conferences, and report writing.
• Plan and prepare engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and student needs.
• Use data to inform teaching strategies and report to parents on student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support continuous improvement.
• Create an enabling learning environment that encourages risk-taking and places the child at the center of learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of two years post-qualification teaching experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage programme.
• Ability to teach across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Openness to innovative teaching methods and a commitment to child-centered learning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of students and the evolving school environment.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching EAL (English as an Additional Language) students.
• Familiarity with international curricula and assessment frameworks.
