Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Provide constructive and guided feedback to students through both written and verbal communication.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments to support student progress and development.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents through regular updates, parent conferences, and report writing.
• Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that promote active learning and student engagement.
• Use data to inform teaching strategies and report to parents on student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
• Create an enabling environment that encourages risk-taking and places the child at the center of the learning process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Education.
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage programme.
• Ability to teach across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues.
• Openness to new and innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
• Empathy and the ability to build links across social and cultural boundaries.

Preferred

• Experience teaching EAL (English as an Additional Language) students.
• Familiarity with the English National Curriculum and Arabic Medium subjects.
