Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm.
  • Provide constructive and guided feedback to students both verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct summative and formative assessments to track student progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates, report writing, and parent conferences.
  • Plan and prepare engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of young learners.
  • Use data to inform teaching strategies and report to parents on student development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
  • Create an enabling learning environment that encourages risk-taking and places the child at the center of learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Education.
  • Minimum of two years post-qualification teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage programme.
  • Ability to teach across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Openness to innovative teaching approaches and a commitment to inclusive education.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and parents.
  • Adaptability and willingness to support the evolving needs of students and the school.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) students.
  • Familiarity with international curricula and teaching standards.
  • Experience in a multicultural and diverse educational setting.
