Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality science lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum.
- Develop and implement engaging, interactive, and student-centered teaching strategies.
- Support students in achieving outstanding academic results in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for all students.
- Stay up to date with scientific advancements and incorporate them into teaching practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching Science at secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of Biology, Physics, or Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative.
Preferred
- Experience with the English National Curriculum.
- Familiarity with teaching EAL learners.
- Experience in a multicultural or international school setting.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology in the classroom.
