Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to a small group of students, with classes capped at twelve pupils per form.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s academic standards and values.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and critical thinking.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to support student progress and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the ongoing growth of the teaching team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • British teaching qualifications (QTS or equivalent).
  • Minimum of two years’ teaching experience.
  • Strong commitment to academic excellence and student development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching within the UK or international education sector.
  • Familiarity with British independent school standards.
  • Experience with curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
