The Opportunity:

As a Learning Manager, you will be instrumental in driving student success by focusing on welfare, strategic intervention, and data-driven monitoring. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor student welfare, ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategic interventions to address academic and behavioural challenges.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to support complex student cases and ensure holistic care.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and inform targeted support strategies for students.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Promote the school’s ethos of “Students First” through all actions and decisions.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on student progress and intervention outcomes.
  • Support the development of individual education plans and track their effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A commitment to the school’s ethos of “Students First”.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex student cases.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field.

Preferred

  • Experience in working with external agencies and support services.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Experience with behaviour management strategies.
  • Familiarity with inclusive education practices.
  • Experience in curriculum development or student support planning.
