As a Learning Manager, you will be instrumental in driving student success by focusing on welfare, strategic intervention, and data-driven monitoring. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor student welfare, ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Develop and implement strategic interventions to address academic and behavioural challenges.
- Collaborate with external agencies to support complex student cases and ensure holistic care.
- Analyze data to identify trends and inform targeted support strategies for students.
- Work closely with teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Promote the school’s ethos of “Students First” through all actions and decisions.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on student progress and intervention outcomes.
- Support the development of individual education plans and track their effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A commitment to the school’s ethos of “Students First”.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex student cases.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- A relevant qualification in education or a related field.
Preferred
- Experience in working with external agencies and support services.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Experience with behaviour management strategies.
- Familiarity with inclusive education practices.
- Experience in curriculum development or student support planning.
