The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Events Officer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering events that highlight the school’s strengths and values. This role is central to creating engaging experiences for prospective families and supporting the school’s mission to showcase its vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of open days, admissions events, and community activities.
• Manage event logistics including venues, catering, AV, and materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and school staff to ensure seamless event experiences.
• Build strong working relationships across departments to support event success.
• Monitor event performance and implement improvements to enhance future events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience in events, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic approach to work.

Preferred

• Experience with event management software or tools.
• Background in education or marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
