The Opportunity:
As a Marketing Officer, you will drive impactful marketing initiatives that enhance the school’s visibility and engagement across digital platforms and through school events. This role is central to expanding the school’s reach and strengthening its brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for school events and social media platforms.
- Create compelling content, including articles, videos, and social media posts, to attract and engage target audiences.
- Coordinate and deliver secondary school events, open days, and taster sessions.
- Manage and grow the school’s School Liaison Programme through school visits and engagement with stakeholders.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Support the school’s marketing efforts through the use of analytics tools and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Preferred
- Experience in content marketing across multiple platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when required.
- Experience with event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
