Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, challenging Mathematics lessons to ensure academic progress and success
• Support teachers in planning and delivering instruction tailored to students with additional needs
• Deliver targeted interventions to improve students’ general Mathematics knowledge
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and individual learning targets
• Attend and actively participate in department meetings to implement strategies and action plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement differentiated instruction and accommodations
• Ensure all students have equal access to a high-quality education through inclusive teaching practices
• Maintain accurate records and track student progress in line with school policies and requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• GCSE experience in Mathematics
• A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with exceptional subject knowledge
• Experience in working with students with additional needs
• Understanding and awareness of IEPs and pupil passports
• Proven track record of outstanding learning and teaching

Preferred

• IB experience
• Experience in the Inclusion department or similar roles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and student success
