The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a focus on foundational skills and problem-solving.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the Edexcel IGCSE and A-level Mathematics curricula, including Further Mathematics.
• Support the school’s unique enrichment programme through extra-curricular activities such as puzzle clubs and competition preparation.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment using interactive and innovative teaching methods.
• Provide pastoral support to students, ensuring their academic and personal development.
• Participate in departmental meetings, planning, and professional development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant degree and a recognized teaching qualification.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in Mathematics, ideally in the UK or an international setting.
• Experience teaching both Pure and Applied Mathematics at A Level, or the capacity to teach these subjects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the school’s values and mission.

Preferred

• Experience in delivering Further Mathematics.
• Familiarity with international curricula and teaching standards.
• Experience with digital innovation in the classroom.
