Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons aligned with the British Curriculum.
- Create engaging and challenging learning experiences that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and school activities.
- Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives that enhance teaching and learning.
- Support the school’s commitment to student well-being and mental health.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Experience teaching the National Curriculum in British Schools.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Secondary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and student well-being.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching Mathematics at the Secondary level.
- Familiarity with iGCSE, AS, and A Level qualifications.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology in the classroom.
