Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the UK curriculum.
• Lead the planning and development of a bespoke mathematics curriculum.
• Design and implement high-quality assessment strategies to support student progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Track student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues on whole-school initiatives and cross-curricular innovation.
• Contribute to the pastoral care and well-being of students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant teaching degree and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• Proven classroom experience with a track record of excellent outcomes.

Preferred

• Experience teaching A Level Mathematics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead curriculum development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
