Key Responsibilities:

• Support and guide learners in a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment.
• Implement high-quality early years provision aligned with the school’s vision and curriculum.
• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs and interests.
• Foster a love of learning through imaginative play and meaningful interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a strong learning culture and support school initiatives.
• Ensure all learners feel safe, supported, and included, following safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Use assessment data to track progress and inform instruction.
• Maintain regular communication with parents on their child’s learning and well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CACHE 3.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development, curriculum planning, and early years teaching methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience in data analysis and report development.
• Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework and inquiry-based learning approaches.
