Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning that is engaging, challenging, and aligned with the school’s curriculum standards.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures the social, emotional, and academic development of every child.
  • Work closely with colleagues, pupils, and families to ensure a holistic approach to education and pastoral care.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of co-curricular activities and extracurricular programs.
  • Uphold and model the school’s values of courage, honour, humility, and fellowship in all interactions.
  • Support the development of pupils’ confidence, independence, and personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
  • Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching and learning practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Appropriate degree with UK PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification that gives QTS.
  • Minimum three years of teaching experience with familiarity with the National Curriculum of England and IGCSE/GCSE and/or A Levels.
  • Clean criminal record check, including International Child Protection Check (ICPC) or equivalent police checks from relevant countries.
  • Proven commitment to safeguarding and understanding of child protection procedures.
  • Prior teaching experience in leading independent schools.
