Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum for England.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and emotional growth of students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers to support student learning and well-being.
  • Stay up to date with educational best practices and continuously improve teaching methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education and PGCE or international equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Experience teaching in Y3-Y4.
  • Experience teaching in a UK setting or international school following a British curriculum.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to a school community.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in a school environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with British educational standards and practices.
