The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Part-Time Foreign Languages Teacher (French and Spanish) to join a dynamic and supportive school. The role involves teaching across a range of ages and abilities, contributing to the development of the school’s curriculum and the success of its students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in French and Spanish to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
Create engaging and stimulating learning environments that promote student progress and achievement
Contribute to the development of the Vocational and Creative Industries Faculty
Support students in achieving excellent GCSE results
Participate in a comprehensive professional development programme
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school
Monitor and assess student progress effectively
Engage in extracurricular activities and school events

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent
Relevant teaching experience in French and Spanish
Strong classroom management and teaching skills
Commitment to student success and professional development
Ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred

Experience with teaching in a school with a strong focus on outcomes and professional development
Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies
Experience with the 11-16 curriculum
Experience with vocational and creative subjects
