Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons across KS3–KS5
• Lead and coach school football teams, fostering performance and teamwork
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sports programme that supports student wellbeing and achievement
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate sports and physical activity into the broader curriculum
• Promote a values-driven approach to teaching and learning, reflecting the school’s core principles
• Support students in achieving their personal and academic goals through sports
• Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents on progress and performance

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A BEd or Bachelor's degree with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent in PE or a related subject
• Proven experience teaching PE at Secondary level
• Strong specialism in football with experience coaching and leading school teams
• Ability to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across KS3–KS5
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents

Preferred

• Experience with British Schools Overseas accreditation
• Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers
• Demonstrated success in developing student performance and achievement in sports
• Familiarity with international curricula such as GCSEs, A Levels, and BTECs
