Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Physical Education department, ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum and values.
• Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Develop and implement co-curricular and extra-curricular programs to enhance student engagement and development.
• Promote and model cultural awareness, inclusivity, and a love of learning.
• Supervise and support students, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create and share teaching resources and strategies.
• Participate in staff meetings, appraisal processes, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents and the wider school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven leadership experience in a school or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Physical Education curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Experience in managing and developing a departmental program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
