The Opportunity:

As a PE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and high-quality Physical Education lessons that foster student development and participation. You will contribute to curriculum development and lead extracurricular activities, making a meaningful impact on students’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons across all year groups, including Kindergarten
  • Plan, organize, and assess student progress using a variety of assessment techniques
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the PE curriculum and schemes of work
  • Collaborate with the sports department to maintain high standards and effective communication
  • Organize and lead extracurricular sports activities and coach sports teams
  • Coordinate school events such as “Sports Camp” and “ISR Family, Fun & Sports Day”
  • Ensure the proper care and management of sports facilities and equipment
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and development

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Sports Degree and a recognized teaching certificate
  • Proven experience teaching Physical Education across all year groups
  • Strong subject knowledge in a variety of sports and activities
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents

Preferred

  • Experience with IGCSE and/or IB Diploma Programme
  • Passion for sports and physical education with a commitment to high standards
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a genuine desire to support and inspire young people
