Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging Arabic lessons aligned with the IB and Swiss Baccalaureate frameworks.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement bilingual and STEAM programs.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to support academic growth.
• Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and community activities.
• Maintain accurate records and report student performance to parents and administrators.
• Support students in developing strong communication skills in Arabic and other languages.
• Stay updated with current educational trends and integrate technology into teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Fully qualified and experienced Primary Arabic Teacher with a degree in Arabic or a related field.
• Relevant professional teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or teaching diploma.
• Minimum of two years’ extensive international teaching experience.
• Strong command of Arabic and English.
• Commitment to the IB and Swiss Baccalaureate curricula.

Preferred

• Experience with bilingual education and multilingual environments.
• Familiarity with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
• Experience with STEAM education or curriculum development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for working in an international school setting.
