Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 students.
  • Collaborate with year group teams, subject coordinators, and learning assistants to ensure consistent and effective teaching practices.
  • Use differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and support their academic progress.
  • Implement formative assessment strategies to monitor student progress and inform future planning.
  • Embrace High Performance Learning (HPL) pedagogy and utilise Microsoft Teams for blended learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Fully qualified Primary Teacher with a teaching qualification from England, Scotland, or Wales.
  • Experience in teaching Key Stage 2 or equivalent, ideally in a UK school setting.
  • Commitment to student safety, well-being, and academic success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take ownership of student learning outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience with teaching methodologies such as ‘Power Math,’ ‘Read Write Ink,’ and ‘Talk for Writing.’
  • Familiarity with High Performance Learning (HPL) pedagogy.
  • Experience with online learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
