Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging art lessons that align with the National Curriculum for England.

- Support students in achieving outstanding academic and personal outcomes through creative expression.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, sharing expertise and contributing to a culture of professional growth.

- Stay up to date with current trends and developments in art education and pedagogy.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and events that celebrate student creativity and achievement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A high-quality degree in Art or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching art at the primary level.
- A strong track record of delivering outstanding student outcomes and exam results.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international school environment.
Preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing subject initiatives that improve student achievement.
- Experience with cross-curricular and collaborative teaching approaches.
- Familiarity with British international school standards and curricula.
- Experience in leading or contributing to extracurricular art programmes.
