Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching qualification such as Bachelors of Education, PGCE with UK Qualified Teachers Status, American Teaching License, or SACE.
• Minimum 2 years of proven teaching experience, preferably within an IB school.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding academic results.
• Strong commitment to the IB/PYP curriculum and its implementation.
• Competent level of IT skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred

• Experience with the IB curriculum and a deep understanding of its principles.
• Proven ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learners.
• Experience in leading or contributing to extracurricular programs.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
